UART is a platform for creators: a public profile page in Telegram, sales of digital products, donations, and cooperation requests. The service runs through a Telegram bot and associated web pages on the uart.app domain (the "Service", "UART", "we"). By using the bot or the UART site, registering as an author, or making a purchase, you ("user", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Anyone using Telegram who meets Telegram's own minimum age requirement and the laws of their country of residence may use the Service. By registering as an author or making a purchase, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into such transactions under the laws applicable to you personally.
An author account is tied to your Telegram ID — there is no separate password-based registration, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. By registering as an author, you warrant that: (a) you hold all rights necessary to the content you post (text, images, video, audio, links, and any other material), or have obtained all permissions required to use and distribute it; and (b) that content does not infringe the rights of any third party (copyright, trademark, image rights, personal data, etc.) and does not violate applicable law, including consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and digital-goods regulations. You are solely and fully responsible — legally, financially, and for tax purposes — for the content, quality, legality, and accuracy of your product listings, and for fulfilling any obligations to buyers and cooperation partners. UART does not moderate content before publication, does not act as its publisher or co-author, and is not liable for it — full responsibility rests with the author who posted it. You agree to indemnify UART against any losses, penalties, and costs arising from third-party claims related to content you posted or your breach of these terms.
Authors independently set the content, price, and description of their products. Donations are voluntary support with no expectation of anything in return. Cooperation requests sent through an author's page are private correspondence between the sender and the author; UART is only a technical intermediary that delivers the message and is not responsible for its content or for the outcome of any agreement between the parties.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency — via the third-party service @CryptoBot and/or a direct transfer to a TON wallet via TonConnect. UART takes a fee on every paid order (the applicable percentage is shown at checkout); separately, @CryptoBot as the payment provider charges its own processing fee — these are two distinct, independently charged fees, and their combined effect may differ from UART's fee alone. The remainder after all fees is automatically transferred to the author's @CryptoBot balance, or, for TonConnect payments, is received directly into the platform's wallet for later payout. Until it reaches the author, that balance temporarily sits within the payment partner's infrastructure (@CryptoBot) or the platform's wallet — UART is not a bank or a licensed payment institution, does not pay interest on these funds, and does not guarantee specific settlement timelines where those depend on third-party services. Cryptocurrency and TON blockchain transactions are irreversible: a payment sent to the wrong address, for the wrong amount, or twice cannot be cancelled or refunded by UART. The cryptocurrency-to-USD exchange rate can change between when an invoice is issued and when it is actually paid — UART is not responsible for any resulting difference in value. By paying for an order, you confirm you understand the risks inherent to cryptocurrency payments and are solely responsible for complying with any tax, currency-control, and anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorist-financing (AML/CFT) requirements that apply to you in connection with your use of cryptocurrency.
Because digital products are delivered automatically and instantly upon confirmed payment, refunds are generally not provided. The exception is a clear technical failure on UART's side (e.g. a confirmed payment did not result in delivery) — contact us through the bot, we'll look into it, and if the failure is confirmed we'll arrange delivery or a refund within a reasonable time.
You may not post content on UART that infringes third-party rights; is illegal in the author's or buyer's jurisdiction; sexualizes or otherwise exploits minors, promotes extremism or violence, or consists of malware or fraud tooling; or misleads buyers about a product's content or origin. The author is fully responsible for complying with this prohibition. UART may, without prior notice, remove a product or page, suspend or close an author's account, and suspend or reverse a related payout, whenever we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms, applicable law, or Telegram's own rules have been violated.
Authors retain all rights to the content they create and upload. By posting material on UART, an author grants UART a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that material on the author's public page and in purchase-related bot messages, solely for operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UART is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for authors' actions, the content of the products they list, disputes between an author and a buyer or between an author and a cooperation partner, or outages of third-party services (Telegram, @CryptoBot, the TON network) the platform depends on. UART's total liability to any user for claims relating to use of the Service is limited to the fee actually retained by UART on the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time as UART's functionality evolves. The current version is always available on this page; continuing to use the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
For anything related to these terms, or an issue with UART itself (not a specific author — for that, use "Work with me" on that author's page), email support@uart.app.
UART stores: your Telegram ID and username, the public profile details you provide yourself (name, bio, social links, photos), the content of products you list, and order records (amount, payment status, transaction ids) — needed to deliver products and run the payout feature. UART does not separately collect personal data such as email, phone number, or ID documents.
Data is used solely to operate the service: showing your public page, processing orders, delivering products, and calculating payouts. UART does not sell data to third parties.
Payments are processed through @CryptoBot (Telegram) and, when TonConnect is used, directly on the public TON blockchain — on-chain transactions are inherently public and outside UART's control. Files (avatars, covers, products) are stored through Telegram's own infrastructure.
Data is kept for as long as your author account exists. To request deletion of your data, reach out through the bot.
